Pursuit

Love Is Effort

Love doesn’t die in one dramatic moment.
It fades in inches.

Pursuit is a cinematic melodic rock album about choosing each other again — on purpose. Inspired by the soaring emotional power of mid-eighties arena rock, this record blends driving guitars, twelve-string acoustic shimmer, and raw male-female duets into a modern soundtrack for commitment.

These songs don’t chase nostalgia.
They chase intention.

From tension-filled confrontations to quiet decisions made in the dark, Pursuit explores what actually keeps love alive: effort, humility, pursuit, and the courage to turn back before drift becomes distance.

This is not an album about feeling in love.
It’s about fighting for it.

And somewhere between the minor-key warnings and the hopeful lift, you’ll find the message woven through every track:

Love is not a noun.
It’s a verb.

Album Release Announcement

Released August 12, with the blessing of Pastor Ron Lauber

MeyVyn is honored to announce the release of A Better Way, a 15-song album inspired by Pastor Ron Lauber’s powerful sermon of the same name.

This project was born out of a desire to not just hear the Word, but to live it — in rhythm with Christ’s unhurried grace, uncluttered mission, and unbroken fellowship. Each track explores a different layer of discipleship, from learning the gentle yoke to being recognized as having been with Jesus.

The Better Way is more than an album — it’s an invitation. To slow down. To walk with Christ. To embody the Gospel in every step.

We thank Pastor Ron Lauber for his prayerful blessing over this work, and for the message that lit the spark.

Now available on all major streaming platforms.

Overflow

The Baptism with the Holy Spirit — From Acts to Today

Overflow isn’t a polite sip of religion — it’s the flood of power promised when the Spirit fills the believer. This record chases the wildfire from Pentecost to right now: tongues of fire, boldness in the face of fear, lives turned upside down by the presence of God.

These songs are urgent, uncontainable, unapologetic — from quiet prayers that crack the silence to choruses that roar like rushing wind. They aren’t just written; they’re meant to be lived.

And because the fire didn’t start with us, the sermon that inspired this album is included as a bonus track — with the blessing of Pastor Frank Gorboa.

🍼 Parenting & a Drive-By Shooting (We Still Love You)

This isn’t a lullaby — it’s a lyrical reckoning. Parenting & a Drive-By Shooting takes aim at the modern epidemic of estrangement, therapy-speak blame, and families torn apart by unspoken pain and over-spoken judgment. These songs are raw letters to lost sons, open wounds dressed with hope, and shotgun-truths wrapped in love notes.

It’s brutally honest… and still, somehow, deeply compassionate. Because no matter how far the kids run, the chorus still sings: We. Still. Love. You.
